Our Tests

The tests proposed by Evaskills are of two types :

Ipsative tests that provide an information as to what attitudes individuals tend to adopt in diverse professional and relational situations, and which are mainly used in a personal/professional development context.

Normative tests that are calibrated over a population of reference and provide a quantitative information, thus allowing for a comparison of personal skills among different individuals (e.g. in recruitment processes).

Ipsative tests are available to all users, individuals and companies. Normative tests are only accessible to companies and organizations that meet strict training requirements.
