Assess yourself!The tests proposed by Evaskills are of two types : Ipsative tests that provide an information as to what attitudes individuals tend to adopt in diverse professional and relational situations, and which are mainly used in a personal/professional development context. Normative tests that are calibrated over a population of reference and provide a quantitative information, thus allowing for a comparison of personal skills among different individuals (e.g. in recruitment processes). All ipsative tests proposed by Evaskills are now available online to individual users, as well as companies.
